What's for Breakfast?

Does this look like what you had for Breakfast?

I'm sure it
looks like what most of you have had recently with all the blueberries in season or maybe you have had one at your local bakery. At the Adair house we don't get that option (the bakery option) because when they make those treats they use eggs and milk, 2 ingredients we cannot have. So in the kitchen we have to be creative. I have found that most jiffy mixes do not have milk and egg added. Probably why they are so cheap!


If they don't have milk and eggs in them and those ingredients have to be added, what do we use? Well thankfully MA is not allergic to soy so we add...



and...
We use this egg replacer product all the time. In fact we just bring it home and put it in a Tupperware container. The ingredients in this product make the same reaction in baking that eggs have.

And of course some Fresh..



Then we enjoy!
