Santa found us in Florida

I guess I better publish this post before I forget all about the girls 1st Christmas in Florida. I put this post to publish last week and as I was doing it Lilly Kate turned off the computer so all was lost. I had to get over my loss before I could sit down and put my thoughts together again. I have to say as I sit here writing this it is COLD outside, I did not move to Florida for this kind of weather. St. Louis friends can testify about my dislike of the cold and freezing weather. The first winter we were there everyone kept saying this is the coldest winter in a long time we haven't had this much snow in 10 years well guess what everyone here in Florida is saying the same thing, not the snow part but the cold part! I guess I better get over my whining and get on with the Christmas story.

There is a lot about being home that makes me happy and one of them is going to church where you grew up. I truly love going and seeing people I grew up with married and with children. I have to honestly say this was one of my biggest worries and something I prayed a lot about but it really is great to see everyone. Christmas Eve we went to the 5p.m. service made for young families and what fun it was to hear all those little people excited about singing Happy Birthday to Jesus. Sweet sound to this mommas ears.

Our St. Louis neighbor Jeff Pantano told Margaret Anne that he saw Santa at her house and he had to tell him that she and Lilly Kate had moved to Pensacola. Thank goodness he did because we would have had one sad little girl Christmas morning.

Christmas morning provided the following pictures.....I will leave out the photo captions and let you put your own in......

Christmas Morning we had My Mom, Mary Alice, Kevin, Janice and Ming along with the Adair Family. We had a great time watching the girls open presents and dance to Margaret Anne's new c.d player. Kevin made my Uncle Bills Christmas Roast and we ate like Kings and Queens. I hope all of you had a wonderful Christmas and you are having a Fabulous New Year!!
