I only shed a few tears...

On August 22, 2011 my sweet Margaret Anne went to Kindergarten. She woke up ready to go, before I knew it she was dressed and downstairs asking for breakfast. At our house and at my house growing up special days called for a special plate...




She looked so big heading out the door (this is when I started to tear up)...

To our Sweet Margaret Anne you are going to make a great student, friend, helper, artist, hula hooper, jump roper....Kindergartner!! Lilly Kate and I will miss you during the day but we will look forward to hearing about your day.

*note for Margaret Anne later...Your Mom, Dad and Lilly Kate took you to your first day, we did not get a picture of this but we were ALL there.

Tomorrow is only a day away

Well tomorrow is a BIG day in our house, Margaret Anne goes to Kindergarten. She is more than ready to go and I am ready and excited for her to go. I just don't think I am ready for the house to be quiet and all the change that will occur over the next few weeks. I hear people say how fast the time goes but it really does feel like yesterday we were bringing her home from the hospital.S he is growing up so quick and now I have to let her get out of the car and go by herself into school!(insert tears)



We have a few special books to read tonight and breakfast for dinner. Be back in the morning with pictures and the outfit we have all laid out. (sounds like a certain aunt I know...Mary Alice:)

Lilly Kate turns 3!

Birthdays at our house have always been special. My mom always made sure they where extra special and so the tradition continues with my girls. It starts with breakfast of your choice on the Red Plate. If you don't have a Red Plate let me recommend one! They are so much fun and we use ours on Birthdays and special occasion we have even been known to take it to restaurants to have them put our food on it.

Then we headed over to Mary Alice and Kevin's for a little swimming and dancing with family and friends..Those 2 can really get down!!

Lilly Kate what a fun year we have had watching you spin, JUMP, dance, laugh, learn to talk over your sister, seeing your personality come out, eat mac and cheese, draw on all our walls and on yourself, take your baby dolls for walks and figure out you get a little hyper with food coloring! We love you and can't wait to see what you get into this year!

Well I have to say our lives have been busy since the last time I posted. Let me catch you up real quick then I can tell you about our summer....

We have been painting thanks to our Aunt Smithy...

The Easter Bunny came for a visit.....

Took a trip to the beach for Spring Break....

Margaret Anne graduated from Pre-School....

And Lilly Kate turned 3! But more on that later.....

We're All In

Auburn's slogan this season has been been Auburn Family All In. I have to say at the Adair house WE ARE ALL IN! The girls and I have spent the day finding all of Auburn stuff, no matter what it is and putting it around the house. We are going to have an Auburn Party (just a couple friends and family) but to us this is the biggest party of the year!




No matter what happens Monday night we will all still be saying It's Great To Be An Auburn Tiger on Tuesday Morning!
